TCI’s amazingly beautiful Water Cay is for sale as a private island? Interested? Contact Sotheby’s, who are handling the sale. The island will be yours for a pricey $36 million.

Water Cay is located to the northeast of our beautiful island of Providenciales, just beyond Little Water Cay, which itself is home to a beloved iguana sanctuary.

Formerly “Crown” or public land (the Turks and Caicos, as members of the Commonwealth, have Queen Elizabeth as our head of state), Water Cay is blessed with 7,000 feet of sugary beach on its northern shore.

Uninhabited Half Moon Bay and Little Water Cay to the west and the sparsely populated Pine Cay and its colony of friendly iguanas to the east make this the perfect private island. Water Cay is most easily accessible private island in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and can be accessed by small plane from the Bahamas or the American mainland.

Besides privacy and unspoiled beauty, Water Cay also features everything our visitors love about the Turks and Caicos: beautiful white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, fantastic snorkeling and diving, and, above all, a chance to relax and get away from it all.

So, while not all of us will be able to afford our own private island in the Caribbean, Grace Bay Beach and the Sands resort will always be within reach.

Our oceanfront resort’s spectacular beach, awe-inspiring views, spacious and beautifully-appointed suites offer the perfect combination of seclusion and sophistication for those seeking the ideal Turks & Caicos beachfront resort holiday.
