The Perfect Spring & Summer Salad Dressing Recipe From Hemingway’s On The Beach Restaurant

Due to popular demand, below is the recipe for the classic Caesar salad dressing that is served here at The Sands at Grace Bay’s legendary Hemingway’s on the beach restaurant. This delicious salad dressing can be served all year round, but is most enjoyed while sitting along Grace Bay Beach on the beachfront deck at Hemingway’s Restaurant.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

6ea EGGS

4ea GARLIC CLOVES

3Tbs CAPERS

2Tbs DIJON MUSTRAD

1/4Cup OLIVE OIL

1 LEMON JUICE

2tsp WORCESTIRE SAUCE

2Tbs ANCHOVIES PASTE

Tbs GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Directions: In a food processor blend together garlic, anchovies, capers until it’s a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl and put to the side. Blend the eggs and then add lemon juice, Worcester sauce, and olive oil little by little, with a Rubber spatula and fold the two mixtures together until they well incorporated.
