There is a minimum stay of seven nights for arrivals December 23 thru 28, 2008 and a five night minimum stay for arrivals December 29 and 30, 2008.
Christmas/New Year's Policy (Dec 20, 2008 - Jan 2, 2009): Reservations must be made with a 50% credit card deposit at the time of booking. Full payment must be received by Nov 1, 2008. Cancellations after Oct 1, 2008 and No Shows will not be refunded.

All Suites (except Studios and 1 Bedroom Suites) can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two additional persons above the standard suite occupancy in a Queen sized pull-out sofa. Add $25.00 per person, per night.
Included Features
Welcome cocktail, weekly manager's rum punch party, and towels, complimentary use of bicycles and non-motorized watersports - Sailing, Kayaking, Windsurfing and Snorkeling.
Children
A maximum of two children under 12 years may stay free of charge when sharing a Suite with an adult paying the full Suite rate (except Studios). Cribs are complimentary.
Reservations
A 3 night deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The deposit is required at time of reservation and is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 21 days prior to arrival date. Reservations for the Christmas/New Year period (December 20th to January 2nd) requires a full pre-payment and is non-refundable as of October 1, 2008.

Rates are subject to a 10% tax and 10% service charge.
$25 additional person charge (maximum of 2 additional people allowed in 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Suite categories only)
Due to a newly imposed government regulation, The Sands at Grace Bay will no longer be providing guests with complimentary transportation services to and from the airport.
The charges will now be $22.50/person per round trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 21 days from arrival date with the exception of holidays periods. The policy varies during holiday time periods so you must check with the hotel direct for holiday cancellation policies.
New Travel Requirements for U.S. Citizens
United States citizens will now be permitted to enter the Turks and Caicos Islands once they are able to show:
- a valid passport OR
- a U.S. Government-issued photo ID and an online receipt indicating that their passport application has been filed.
This will remain in effect until further notice.
Hurricane Policy
(Valid through December 2, 2008)
In the event of an official evacuation order, The Sands At Grace Bay will not penalize any guest for any unused nights and will also present a voucher valid for a future stay for the same number of nights that the original reservation was for (with a maximum of 7 nights), i.e. you book a 7 night stay and evacuate on day 4. You will not have to pay for the additional nights of your stay and you will be presented with a voucher for a 7 night future stay.
In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of Turks and Caicos, the Sands at Grace Bay will waive the cancellation penalty and either refund the full deposit, or change the reservation to a future date.
