Extra Person(s) All Suites (except Studios and 1 Bedroom Suites) can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two additional persons above the standard suite occupancy in a Queen sized pull-out sofa. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER EXTRA PERSON(S).
Included Features Welcome cocktail, weekly manager's rum punch party, and towels, complimentary use of bicycles and non-motorized watersports - Sailing, Kayaking, Windsurfing and Snorkeling.
Children A maximum of two children under 12 years may stay free of charge when sharing a Suite with an adult paying the full Suite rate (except Studios). Cribs are complimentary.
Reservations A 3 night deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The deposit is required at time of reservation and is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 21 days prior to arrival date.
Insurance The hotel strongly recommends our guests purchase travels insurance which covers lost of revenue due to unforeseeable events such as emergencies, flight delays or cancelations. The hotel will not reimburse the guest due to such events.

Notes

  • 7 night minimum stay: Dec 22nd through 29th, 2012
  • Rates are subject to a 11% tax and 10% service charge.
  • Airport transfers are available at a flat rate of $22.50 per cab (2 guests included) each way.

Cancellation Policy

From January 3rd to April 7th, the cancellation policy is 21 days from arrival date with the exception of holidays periods. From April 8th to December 22nd, the cancellation policy is 7 days from arrival date with the exception of holidays periods. The policy varies during holiday time periods so you must check with the hotel direct for holiday cancellation policies.

New Travel Requirements for U.S. Citizens

United States citizens will now be permitted to enter the Turks and Caicos Islands once they are able to show:

  1. a valid passport OR
  2. a U.S. Government-issued photo ID and an online receipt indicating that their passport application has been filed.

This will remain in effect until further notice.
